To all the forum members, including our esteemed moderators: thank you all so very, very much for all the help you've given me this past year. I can't even begin to list all the ways your invaluable insights, knowledge, information sharing, etc have aided me in my quest to improve and maintain good credit and financial practices.

What a blessing you have all been to me!!
