Got an email a couple days ago this card will no longer be avaiable for use and it's turning into tomoboost. Three tiers. $8.99 a month for a reporting line of $1,000. Tier 2 $39.99 for a reporting CL up to $20,000. Tier 3 $79.99 a month for a reporting line up $30,000 with abiltiy to add 2 years of past bill pay.
Seems a scam both ways. For you and a potentional credit grantor in the future.

I honestly don't understand what they sent me. When I signed up a year ago I couldn't link my accounts with Fidelity was... so O could only get $100 dollar line. Few months ago they send me message Im Eleanor for line increase and they asked me how much? I requested 1k... auto response I will heart back after reviewed. I heard nothing. I sent an email and online messages. Kept being told still on review. I asked eventually again in response to my email still reviewing but this time from the same dept corresponding with me I was now told not their department... I mean WTH?
I don't know what to do now... cause now you can't use the card anymore period. Weekday happens if I don't pick one of their 3 plans? Can I cancel? It is so ambiguous.... hoping someone understands this.... it's like a pyramid scheme if you all me...
I don't know what the $8 a month fee is for our what the heftier monthly are for? Is there a card anymore or only virtual? Is it taken out monthly? I mean something is not right ... it's like weekday is the benefit? A BOOST? You get that worth Experian... for the lousy cell phone bill I pay boosys my score 2 points? That's worth $8 our more a month?
Please explain what TOMO is now? Its like Apple vs a Vegetable ?

Seems like your paying for an impressive credit line. Is this ethical? Pay to Play?
Wondering if anyone opted and for which one ? Did they get that increased line? What significant changes on credit report?
Tried to use the card the other day and saw that my card no longer works. I wasnt sure if it was a change on my end only or everyone. I am not closing it to keep the credit history but it is permanently going in the sock drawer at this point. I only had $1000 with them but oh well.
Wow I really saw this coming and I'm so glad I closed my account back in June after I had requested a replacement card that took over a month to reissue. Their lousy care team is only available via email. I got frustrated and requested they closed the account which again took 2 weeks to get done and only after I threatened to report them to the CFPB. And even though the account has been closed since then, it's still being reported as open to the credit bureaus. This should be completely illegal and I hope they get caught up with regulators.

Same with my account. It's been closed since the annual fee notice went out and they keep reporting it as open even after closure.
I disputed multiple times via CRA and each time it was "verified" and nothing changed. This time I e-mailed them directly threatening an FCRA lawsuit if they don't accurately update immediately. We'll see how it goes.
