After searching online, it seems like they do upgrades around the June/July/August months of the year. OP also indicated the ugprade was done last August. So maybe, (and hopefully) they start to review accounts and upgrade in the next few months. I am ready for an upgrade to MC.

I put in the same amount every time, when I pay the bill, unless I've gotten a raise. I've never come across them asking for POI here in the forums. (Doesn't mean it hasn't happened.)
Absolutely 100% correct. Opened my Target store card in 2002 with a $1200 credit line. It changed lenders around 2005 and in addition to becoming a Visa card, they gave me a $400 CLD down to $800. Eleven years later, another lender or two later, and a change from Visa to MasterCard later, in June of 2016, after I began using it at Target once or twice a month, letting the balance post to the statement, paying in full each month, and updating my income every month they gave me a $500 CLI brining me up to $1300. In December 2016, June 2017, and December 2017, they gave me $1000 each time. My limit is currently at $4300, and I am fully expecting another CLI in about 2 weeks.

Thanks for the insight. This card has been stuck for me for a while.
Interesting data point here...
My card was stuck at $500 for years. I tried carrying a balance, updating my income, adding an authorized user, etc. but nothing ever worked. I had pretty much given up on a CLI from them. I randomly set up autopay on my account and about a week later at the next statment I had an auto CLI bringing me to $1000. I was actually not carrying a balance that month. It may have been a coincidence, but I'd be interested to know if anyone else gets an increase after setting up autopay.
