Target "Further Processing" rejection?

I just applied online for the Redcard and got this message:

"Your application requires further processing. You will receive a response in the mail within two weeks."

Is this basically a rejection?

Nope. Just wait it out.

Just means computer saw something it did not recognize within the instant parameters. Now a person will eyeball the app and respond with reply. Don't give up, happens all the time.
