Just was able to upgrade both my rinky dink Cap1 platinum cards to QuiksilverOne through their online chat. A chat upgrade or Chatgrade.

go back to chat and ask if you can do quicksilver instead, since quicksilver doesn't have 39 bucks annual fee, might as well save yourself annual fee with regular quicksilver

those chat script bots?... they never told me I was eligible for quicksilver and ventureone upgrade for my cards, I had to ask them first
