i haven't tried again with AMEX and am trying my hardest to save my EX file for them on 01/13. I know my EX FICO was 664 at denial and upon seeing my PSECU march update im expecting to see 700 or above. My file is pretty much the same other than util. going from 38% to 6%.

That's a big deal. I'm sure you score will jump up significantly.
