I just got my Fide Amex card last night, so this morning I tried to enter FIA card center to register and manage the account online.
And this is what I found... It took me about five minutes to confirm that this website is not a fake one..

I mean, seriously?? My local CU has a better looking website than this..So the FIA card saves money on this in order to give me 2% cash back on Fide Amex card? Thinking it might be true.. I kind of felt bad..
The site looks very 90s, but as some reviews point out, it is actually quick and very free of ads. Once you get used to the Netscape 0.9 style, it is very usable.
I like how the URL address starts IBS, that says it all
I do not like the fact that I cannot set up minimum payments to be made through the website only statement balance. I like to set up min. payments if anything were to happen to me so that I would not get lates. Other then that it gets the job done.

I have the Fidelity AMEX card. I've noticed that payments take several days to post and become available so if I plan to make a large purchase that would exceed my credit limit, I have to pay down and allow enough time to clear.
