The Navy card offer sounds good.
The BCP will be there, possibly with a 0% intro offer too. But going for BCE leaves open an upgrade bonus after you've had that card a year.

Thanks. I think I will go for BCE. 15 mos at 0% better suits my needs right now. I am also thinking of waiting for Navy, just for the sake of my future self. The 0% BT offer is good for all of this year.
