I am assuming they mean they take the info from all the denied applicants that week and reapply for them because it counts as application for their quota but the app gets auto declined because of the decline earlier in the week and no one ever know about it except the fact that it counts towards their total app count for the week

Never really shop there, even with the benefits, not sure it's worth it.
