depends. there are pre approvals meaning you meet the min criteria at the time they created the offer but it does not guareentee the approv. then there are 100% preapprovals- hard to tell the difference unless- it USED to be- no so anymore that if you were 100 perc. preapproved the actual card would come in the mail and a number would say to call and activate it. you dont see that much anymore
It is a Juniper card so the limit may not be much but if you fly often and use the site, it may be worth the inq. Remember, this card is one with an annual fee as well.
