I was going to quote it and say "I agree" since it was just a blank post but you can't quote a blank post
I actually got concerned when I first applied because I thought I misread it and it said $300, and it was after I called my mom excited that I got my first card and I was like "well this is going to be embarassing if it is only $300
My mom was upset though, her response was "What!?!? they only gave me $500 when I applied for mine!"
lol yea i didn't know if it showed up or not. i bet your mom couldnt belive they gave her younger son a 6x larger starting limit than her lol. you are one of very few i have heard of starting off with a limit lke that on their starter/rebuilder cards. it is an awesome CL to have with Cap1 though. im sure that in a couple of months they will CLI me to your limit ![]()

Yeah! the best part is I don't even have a job, I'm in school like 7 hours a day, so I have no idea why they gave me that limit, but I'm not about to complain to them. They gave me a nice limit and have PCd me already
so I'm about to change my facebook to reflect "In a relationship with: Capital One"
LOL I always get the same excuse whenever I ask... "Your account is currently not eligible..." After asking for so many years...I decided to pay them off and cash in my rewards...Sorry capital one...they lost this customer to Discover.

Can't wait to see the reason! Better be something other than the we don;t take customer initiated CLI's.
They are useless in proving cli. I applied this month get denied too ![]()
I applied within their network for their cashback rewards card...I only had 2 CCs at the time and was denied...reason..not enough revolving credit. I already had a card with them and it wasn't a secured card. LOL.

+ 1 same for me.
My account in perfect standing is not eligible and hasnt been for the last 4 years. If they would just waive my AF, I would keep them. My APR is awesome with them; in the mid 9's %

OMG ahaha my account too! I've had it for two years in good standing and nothing. My apr is 24.9%. I've never even paid APR on my account b/c it's ridiculously high! The only thing cap one does for me is lower my APR...it was 19.9% for a year. Not a big difference. I would axe that card if it has a AF. Not worth it.

I'm waiting to hear from the exec office for a possible PC. Its been two weeks. See what they can do for me.
If you really wanna stick it to them, in addition to not using the card, you should repeatedly make a new "customized image card" design and have them send u a new one as often as possible, haha.
