Unfortunately, CapOne CSRs seem to say no to everything. My DW has got nothing out of them lately. The best thing is to contact EO as many other already recommended.
Thanks everyone. I have contacted the EO. Now to sit and wait for a reply or call.
Update:
I received the call from Cap1 last week and was able to get the AF removed. That was my major concern, so I'm happy with the outcome.
