Re: Adios Chase Freedom-Thanks-But No Thanks

I wasn't aware Chase reopened accounts so this is news to me and other users who act on impulse. Good decision reopening. Now garden and wait Smiley Happy

Good move! I wonder if you still qualify for the $100 sign up bonus.

Re: UPDATE-RE-OPENED Chase Freedom-Thanks-But No Thanks

As the other Ficoers have stated, you made the right decision to reopen. Try not to make impulse decisions based on emotions, but on logic.
Possibly now, but definitely in the future, you'll be glad you made a rational decision to resume the relationship with Chase. GL to u..

Re: UPDATE-RE-OPENED Chase Freedom-Thanks-But No Thanks

I did re-open it..but reluctantly. Mostly just to show that I'm pretty sure this card is going to go nowhere as far as the limit-even with good usage and a clean CR. Maybe I'll wind up eating my words a year from now-but I doubt it. And I do not intend to take any HP's for any CLI's on this one either. But at least I do have the 0% for 18 mos. and the $500/$100 spend bonus.
