US Bank Cash+ app..

Hi again guys! I just applied for the US Bank Cash+ and was told on the phone that there are no instant approvals and that it should take a few days to process the application. How long does this process usually take? Should I call underwriting tomorrow?

I really like the card and I'm hoping for an approval! Thanks everyone!

3 or 4 days it took  for my approvals. They emailed me on approval.

I got instant approval applying at a branch.  Was told my what my CL would be right then.

I as well got instant approval in branch with credit limit known right then.

Well crap I applied over the phone, and the lady said they do not give out instant approvals over the phone, so who knows! I'll try calling tomorrow

I went to a branch while I was on vacation because I tried several times to do an app over the phone with no dice.

Oh really? I just called the backdoor number and asked the lady if i could apply for the Cash+ and she sent me right to applications department (or whereever they handle apps) and she went right through the application without a single word about Cash+ being unable to app by phone. Weird! Hope i get lucky!

Wish you the best. Went into the US Bank Branch myself and got the 1 to 2 day notice. Called the personal banker and was approved. Happened twice to me like that. Nine months later I went to the same personal banker and got an instant approval for my third credit product.

That's great! I've heard US Bank can be tough on approval criteria, so you're doing very well! I just hope I don't get downsold to the Cash Rewards card. That would be tragic haha

Goodluck!  I'm going through a similar process with them for a Flexperks card.  Applied Sunday, offered the terms, I accepted and now the system can't find any record of me.  When I called they told me it would be a few days.  Interestingly, they hardpulled me Monday and again today - that's a first for me.  I'm not celebrating until a card shows up.
