US Bank - Moving CL

Has anyone tried moving US Bank CL from one card to another? I have the Perks+ with 17K and Cash+ with 9K. I'm thinking of moving at least 5K to Cash+ if permitted.

Why do you want to do that? Cash+ is capped, anything over 5k is a waste.
