I've recently started calling first week of the month these past few months about doing a product change. Customer service rep would come back with "no offers on your account for product change". Today I finally spoke to a nice lady at executive office. I explained why I wanted Cash+ Visa signature. within 10 minutes of conversation - she sent the request manually approved by her. Card will arrive in 7-10 days. Limit and APR will stay the same. New terms and benefits will be included with new card.
Account under 12 months of age.
Seems like US bank EO office calls the shots.
Just glad it all worked out and look forward to utilizing the new card.
