all of your AU accounts will be dismissed from consideration leaving you with a profile that is less than a year old and that has had a rapid increase in credit lines. These factors can be red flags to creditors (especially the conservative ones) and with such a young profile they have no way of gauging how risky you are yet.

from what ive noticed us bank gives out credit like candy. My first unsecured card was the us bank platinum with a 4k limit. had about 5 months of credit with a capital one secured but had had good standing checking account with them for about 3 years. Got my Perks+ card with a 5.5k limit about 6 months later. and then a 9.5k cash+ card roughly a year later. have not tried for increases on any of their cards though. I may call soon and ask for cli increases on all 3 with 1 HP

Which card are you considering?
Do you know if there's a required amount of time to wait? This has no relevance to me. I'm only asking that one question.
The amount of time to wait will depend on how you work the $300 card. I have 3 US Bank cards now, and a 4th in 2014 that I closed. Each has seen auto-CLI, each has led to future approvals, and my impression of their lending is, they like to build good customers.
Your best option is to use the $300 card regularly, pay on time (you know that and do that already) and then check back with them in 6 months or more likely a year. This will build your relationship with them. Their CSR and in-bank tellers will have direct visibility to any card offers you have, and if it is on their screen, you are quite likely to be approved for the card because of your built-up relationship. They may send you a signal after about 9 or 10 months with a CLI of some sort. Each of the 3 cards I have received a nice auto CLI at about that many, 9 to 10 months after opening.

That time frame also worked for my first US Bank card and they increased 50% of the CL (7K - 10,5K) which looks to be a standard for their auto CLIs (similar to Barclays) - curious now to see if that will also apply to Elan for Fidelity Visa
I didn't have the same good fortune as others, in terms of CLIs. Have only received one and it was after 18 months of usage. Went from $16.5k to $21k, so won't complain.
