I have never missed a payment and I keep good utilization. My scores at present are EXP 670 TU 665 EQ 667. I was denied the upgrade and am considering closing. I have unsecured lines with chase and fidelity with about 5k credit lines, and am at 6/24. The odd thing is the reason for denial, stating "

Id call the number. If no joy, try again next month.
Several of us have been turned down by usb for clis based on turd scores. The turd seems to dislike recent new accounts.
Maybe usb is going hard on risk exposure.

USBank does require 12 months of payment history before graduating. This may not equate to 12 months since you opened the account if there was no activity on the account some of the months.
After my DC in 2021, I was approved for 3 secured cards:
- BofA CCR
- TD CASH +
- USBank Platinum
BofA and TD have different graduation policies from USBank. Both BofA and TD graduated in 7 months. Granted, both also saw heavy monthly use.
USBank graduated in 17 months. The card saw little use but it graduated as soon as I hit 12 total months of activity/payments.
I would call the number and ask for clarification.
