US Bank website

I have been a long time customer of US Bank and I use my cards 15-20 times a month.  However, in my opinion,  whoever designed their new online banking site was either on drugs or works  for the governments new health care website.  The old site was much easier.  Just my 2 cents.

For me, the old lacked a key feature that nearly all "modern" sites have, details of pending charges.  To me, this is a critical thing to show, as it allows you to see that something was charged and is (probably) going to appear in your posted charges.

And the new site now shows this, but WITHOUT the amount of the charge.   Someone had to make that decision, so I am inclined to go with Imhotrodcrazy's drug theory.

But the old site was pretty bad too.

Just like with the cards themselves I prefer features over looks, same with the web site.  So while the FIA (at least Fidelity) site gets mocked for looking very 1990s (which it does) it provides everything I need, whereas US Bank doesn't.
