You will have to call in and request for you card to be unsecured. I have read they will hard pull your Transunion report and your TU score needs to be at least in the 650-670 range. I currently have this secured card and I will attempt to unsecure mine in the next month or two.
If your TU scores are in the target range, you haven't missed or been late on any payments then I would give them a call and have them review your account for graduation.
