Recently had an offer for similar from USB, I took it because I am federal and was worried about the shut down, and I wanted a little extra cash on hand just in case.
My back up plan was dump it in my Roth, to max it out on the year and then switch my Roth contribution to my IRA for the deferred tax benefits. I save 22 cents on the dollar for every dollar I put in my IRA. This alone paid for the BT fee, but for extra savings I am keeping the bulk of the BT in my HYSA, until I need it to cover the Roth transfers.
I thought I was being super clever, but I would caution maxing a mid sized card doing a BT... putting 9,600 on a 10k card dropped my scores: ex27 tu41 and eq52 despite having an aggregate uti sub 8%. Individual uti and total dollar amounts is a thing.

congrats! folks have been reporting that these good BT offers are hard to come by. I dont think theyre hard to come by if you've got the credit to be approved! :-)
