Someone's been seeing that double points offer! Smiley Wink Why don't you just get the second card?

Sorry, never done a product change --I just grab whatever they offer me Smiley Very Happy

Re: USAA CC Product Change?

hehe - I would rather switch now, becuase, the Amex has so many more features (e.g. price protection, warranty doubling,, etc.) and I don't see my self needing two of almost the same identical card...at least I don't think. I'll wait a few months and attempt a product change....stay tuned. And as always hauling, thanks for the advice and quick reply!

I thought that USAA was very generous with CLs...they started me out with $1K for a MC, and I have tried twice for the Amex...no go; however, Navy has given me $15K MC, $15K Visa, and $15 K LOC and Justice $10K Visa Gold...do you have to be with USAA for several months before they show you luv?

Wish I could tell you for sure --I've been with them 28 years, and at this point, stuff just sort of falls into my lap.

My older daughter has been with them for 3+ years, and they gave her the AmEx after she'd had the MC for two years. Now that I think about it, that's how long I'd had the MC when the AmEx offer popped up. Maybe that's their preferred interval?

Re: USAA CC Product Change?

it's all about how long you've been a customer and how many USAA products you use.
