This might be useful for USAA members...

I had never used the USAA MemberShop portal until recently. Last month (March 2021) Doctor Of Credit posted about an offer ($10 for $50 purchase) and I used the portal for a Raise gift card which triggered the offer.
While this offer requires double the spend of the previous deal it's also double the bonus and for many $100 won't be a difficult threshold to meet.
Edited to add: The bonus offer period is 4/23/2021 through 5/4/2021 at 11:59:59 pm ET.

A partial member should be good enough!
(Unfortunately the $10 offer has expired, though.)
I had never even looked at the portal until DoC posted about the other offer, but the portal actually is pretty good.
The cash back rate for Raise is 2%, which combined with the USAA Limitless 2.5% is a pretty good cash back return for Walmart even without the bonus (I get Walmart gift cards from Raise at times - they're like cash to me, and thanks to Walmart Pay they're easy to redeem). Note that gift cards are explicitly excluded in the bonus fine-print, but Raise triggered it last time for me.
Thanks for posting this @UncleB . I'm a USAA member but don't have one of their CCs.
Am I correct in assuming MemberShop is a portal like all the others and it doesn't matter what card I use?
Or do I need to have a USAA CC?

Excellent question, @lhcole77. I'm new to using the portal myself so I went and took a look at the FAQ... looks like the answer to your first question is 'yes'! ![]()

Also, good to see you as always!

mmmmm, I have their CC, but have not used their shopping portal thingy, so I appreciate you posting this! I may have to look into this!
There's so many shopping portals these days they can all run together! ![]()
USAA's portal is actually run by Cartera (Raktuten) so it operates similar to other Cartera portals. Honestly it was the bonus last month that brought my attention it, then I noticed that the cash back rate on Raise is 2% compared to 1% on Rakuten so I've been using it more often.
The direct link to the portal is https://mall.usaa.com/ although sometimes I have to go in the 'usual' way through the main USAA dashboard (the direct link can be iffy for me for some reason).
