Re: Ulta Rewards Mastercard

I thought I was done with apping...until i saw this post. I might have to go for it because makeup. If sephora had a card I'd go for it too. This is a dream come true. haha.

UPDATE: approved for the MC--$1,500. There was a link that said View Terms and it looks like they pulled EQ--which is the report with the least inquiries yay! Says my score is 747. Strangely, I thought it would tell me the interest rate, but it didn't. Doesn't matter since I PIF everything. Very excited because my biggest spend besides coffee and gas is honestly makeup. The perfect rewards card for me.

Paypal MC - $7,200 (12/13) | TJX MC - $10,000 (5/14) | Torrid - $3,000 (7/14) | Discover IT - $11,000 (11/14) | AMEX BCE - $5,000 (11/14) | Victoria's Secret - $2,850 (6/15) | Barclays Rewards MC - $10,800 (7/15) | AMEX ED - $7,500 (9/15) | Chase Freedom - $3,500 (6/16) | Maurices - $1,000 (6/16) | Citi Double Cash - $6,300 (7/16) | Ulta Rewards MC - $2,250 (7/16) | Chase Freedom Unlimited - $4,000 (4/17) | David's Bridal - $3,500 (11/19) | Capital One SavorOne - $8,000 (1/20)

If you are easily persuaded by others to change your mind when you've already committed to not applying for new credit, I suggest that you sign up for the OptOutPrescreen. You'll never tempted again from your mailbox.

Re: Ulta Rewards Mastercard

I knew as soon as either ulta or sephora came out with a card I'd be done for lol. I could never resist apping. Ever.

Haha I'm really not easily pursuaded, but I had no idea this card existed until I saw this post. I've been hoping that sephora or ulta would come out with a rewards credit card for the longest time because that's really where most of my spend goes after the necessary things. I'm a makeup junkie and it's a super hobby for me so it's perfect. There's no way I could resist apping for a card like this.

Re: Ulta Rewards Mastercard

It's a new card that I wished existed for a while. I would have cold app'd for it once I knew it existed because it's my kind of thing.

Re: Ulta Rewards Mastercard

I'm fortunate that I don't use makeup. Otherwise, I'd probably be a pathetic seedling again by how things are going here.

That's great for you lol, no new cards! I get my hair cut there, brows waxed, all my drug store products (face wash, shampoo, razors, etc), and my makeup. When I started shopping at Ulta I thought "Man! I wish they had a credit card" and my wish was granted today Smiley LOL
