Has anyone had any success in upgrading a Capital One Quicksilver One (MasterCard) to a regular Quicksilver (Visa) with no annual fee? I've only had mine for about a month, but have had a Capital One secured card for about 8 months now. If you've had success doing this can you PM an EO to contact about upgrading me?
