I recently accepted an upgrade from CapOne Quicksilver One to Quicksilver.

Only problem, I'm not sure what makes it an 'upgrade'.

Can anyone fill me in on that? Or is it really not an upgrade at all?

This is a good question. I was wondering the same thing. I have a QS1 with the annual fee permanantly waived, so would an upgrade to QS be an upgrade at all?
