So I got a Capital One Platinum Card back in December with a $300 starting limit. To my surprise last month, I got an auto CLI to $2300. But unfortuately I get no rewards with this card, and it has a high interest rate on it. I only utilize ~10% and almost always PIF because I don't get any rewards with it.
I tried searching for a number to call, but I couldn't find anything. It looks like everyone just recieved an offer to either accept or deny.
Thanks guys!

Id simply call the number on the back of the card. The CSR will be able to tell you if you're eligble for any upgrades.
I just PC'd my Platinum to Quicksilver last week. Was able to do it on the online chat with no hassle at all.

+1. I just did an update through online chat last week. It went pretty smoothly. I also just received my credit step increase from 300 to 1300 about a week prior to that.

I did call the number and she did upgrade me to the Quicksilver. I was shocked! i also got a $500 increase to $2800. She said I was already approved for the amount, so I'm not sure of a hard pull or soft pull?? I'm excited!

Cap1 is generally always SP, congrats on the PC and CLI!
Thank you! and I was nervous, but Capital One has given me my most generous CLI. I'm not complaining ![]()
