Upgrading Capitol One Platinum

I messaged them on Fb and they directed me to the modify features page on their website.  When I used that it told me there were no offers for my acct.  Any thoughts or suggestions?

Re: Upgrading Capitol One Platinum

I will give them a call tomorrow.  I have a solid history with them and my avg credit score is about 760 so I'm thinking it might just be the website.

Re: Upgrading Capitol One Platinum

their website and front line csr's are terrible....if you search the forum and internet thousands of people agree with this. The thing about calling the eo is that you need to play it off like you love capitol one but their credit limit prohibits you from using the card. i would suggest being nothing but polite as the eo is honestly more than willing to help if they can imho.

I doubled my CL and PCed to quicksilver through the online chat feature in the Cap1 website last weekend. I had the card for just under a year. Good luck!
