Upgrading Store Cards

Hello, first post! Anyway I was wondering if I upgraded my TJMAXX store card to the mastercard version, is this still consirdered a store card on my credit report? And does this now show up as a closed store card if it is upgrade?

I have the Mastercard version of this card and it shows  TJX DC  the DC means Dual Card.  The storecard and the mastercard combined.

Starting Score: 722
Current Score: Now 687 what the hockey sticks...from a 784 (Aug 12 EX 751 EQ Fico)
Goal Score: 800
