Upset with Suntrust

for some reason, suntrust closed my credit card which i had with them for 2 months. 
 
i called them, the fraud department said " i dont have a stable relationship with them"
 
does anyone else have the same problem?

How's your UTL currently and have you applied for any cards within the last 4 months?

i only had the card for 2 months and i pay them very on time on my last statement. i have no clue why they say such a thing..

Something spooked them and sorry it happened to you it could be the new accounts but you would think they would give you a better understanding of why

i have not apply any card after this card, but i did apply cards before getting this card. but i dont that effect much.

my utl is pertty good, i have like 8 cards total around 60k but i only use like 2k per month.

btw, i check my credit report and i dun think they run my credit again recently. so i dun think they hv my newest credit report.

when i apply the card, i ask the lady is it ok to just get the credit card without having cheking or saving acct. she said is fine and run my application, then it comes out approve.

not sure is this the main reason why tho
