I havent had any probems I signed up to quizzle before they needed a SSN just to keep an eye on my report. they dont need your ssn to track credit history it just makes it easier for them!
did you get an inquiry when you first try ITIN online? or the system simply won't take it?
It simply wouldn't accept it! I wanted the $150 sign up bonus but that was only online I ended up getting the $100 bonus i was happy enough with that
