Had to wait until my statement cut for the e-cerficates to be converted to points. I called RC-SF today and it seemed like the conversation was going in the right direction. I was told that I could use a upgrade certificate to go from a regular room to club level regular room. However in order to get any suite (club level or not) it could not be with points whatsoever. Basically according to her I would have to cancel using my points and book the suite at the regular rate. I think a previous post mentioned it is up to their discretion - maybe I would have better luck calling tomorrow and speaking to someone different? What do you all think.
