Using a credit card with paypal...

Buying a car for my wife and would like to use my CSP card to meet the sign-up bonus.  Dealer does not accept credit cards, but does have paypal.  Was wondering if anyone has had success using paypal as a means to send money to individuals?  Does it count as a point-of-sale transaction or is it considered a cash advance off of a credit card?

Yeah, 2.9%.  I can transfer the balance though for 18 months, and then invest the cash that I have backing the purchase and hopefully make more than that.  I have an annuity with no surrender that guarentees 3%, but after taxes and penalty to withdraw it's more like 2%.  Think I'm going to pick a few oil stocks though and see if I can make a quick profit -- can't imagine it going much lower than it is now.
