Utilization Boost

So I'm going to get/ hopefully get a new lease at the end of this month and I'm trying to get my credit in the best possible shape before I go to the dealer. I've read that for the best possible fico scoring all credit cards should be zero and one should report a 1-9% balance. Beginning of this month I let my Capital One report 5% of its limit, this was going to be the one that would report a balance. I just now realized that Credit One posts fees and interest when the statement cuts so there's always a balance. Would it be okay for two out of the four cards I have to report a balance? The Credit One would only be $10/15 at most, limit is 650. If thats a no no then I've read that you can bill pay through your bank and overpay? Trying to get this utilization trick down because I believe I am only a few points shy of tier 2 lease from GM Financial, TU08 - 650 and tier 2 is 660-700 if I'm not mistaken.

I suppose, given your options, you pay off everything other than CreditOne. Get your lease, then cancel Credit One. You have scores that are much better than CreditOne justifies. Cancel, then burn the card. Thank me once that spawn is gone.
