Vantage West Visa Question? Is there a Rewards Cap??

This is a question for whoever has the 

• Vantage West Connect Rewards Visa Signature

My question is that we can select 5% off for cashback of your choice and I wanted to select:

• In-Store Wholesale Purchases [Costco, Sam’s Club, etc.]

However, is there a rewards cap? I spend quite a lot at Costco but I couldn't find any mention of a cap on the site.
