Venture Rewards and Venture X

What are your thoughts on having both the VX and Venture Rewards? Can you justify the $95 annual fee on top of the $395 (effective -$5)?

I can PC my QS to a Venture and I will apply for the VX in a few months (I'm very confident I'll get approved), and I'm not particularly concerned about the $95 annual fee on the Venture. But it appears I'll have the VX, Venture, and V1 assuming I

proceed with the upgrade and I'm approved for the VX.

Should I take the plunge on the venture trifecta? lol

I don't see any benefits that Venture has that Venture X doesn't have. If you're going to apply for the Venture X then I see no benefit in PCing to the regular Venture.

There's a recent DP in the forums here of a PC from Quicksilver to SavorOne. That card has enhanced rewards on certain categories, and they can be transferred to the Venture or Venture X. Personally, I'd wait until C1 offers a PC to the SavorOne.
