Re: Venture to QS?

I'm not sure about those 2 cards but I had a platinum cards w/ $15.21 cash back pending. They sent me a letter telling me to call so they could upgrade me and I got to choose b/t QS1, Venture One or Venture. They said whatever I chose they would transfer over. I got the Venture and now I have 1,521 miles instead of $.

Re: Venture to QS?

I know this is an old thread but I'm considering PCing my VentureOne to the QS. Is this something frontline CSRs can do or must you go through EO? And does the account have to open a certain amount of time?

Re: Venture to QS?

Chat feature should work as long as you haven't done a PC in the last 6 months they should be able to assist you..  If not then go the EO route, but I don't see a problem.  If account is least 6 months old and no PC has been done in the last 6 months.   Just my experience with Cap1 pc's.

Ok cool I'll wait for the 6 months, by then the balance will be paid in full anyway. Thanks!

No need to wait 6 months.  Many have PC'ed sooner.
