I got really excited about this for a second. It wouldn't be bad for me since I have two verizon lines but I have the ink card giving me 5 pts per dollar or I can use the amex plat for phone insurance when I upgrade to a more expensive phone.
I did recently have an amex offer on one of my amex business cards that let me get $75 back on any online verizon purchase of $75 or more. It was an insane deal.
I have the Verizon Visa but I got that offer on one of my Amex Biz cards. Took advantage of it and got an Otterbox Defender Series Case for my M1 iPad Pro (orig. $129, on sale for $97 / $103 after taxes) and after the discount, Rakuten, and Amex 2%, came to ~$20. Sweet deal indeed! ![]()

Wasn't there a stipulation that you had to NOT already have AUTO Pay when you got the Verizon VISA in order to take advantage of that $10 discount? I remember JUST putting it on AUTO pay after never doing so, and then the VV came out and I apped for that and when I set that to be on AUTO pay, I didn't qualify for the $10 discount.

My bad. Since its autopay was on PPK, I thought that the discount would get applid if you use any card or CC. But according to Verizon, this discount was because of PPK debit.
Anyway, my autopay discount on a 40$ plan is 5$ and not 10$. Do you use a more expensive plan, resulting a 10$ autopay discount?

Is this a prepaid plan? The autopay discount for those is $5 per line (and potentially another $5 after several months for loyalty). All current postpaid plans are $10 discount for autopay and paperfree billing. If you are on an older plan, things might be different.
I am gettting 5$ autopay discount and 10$ loyalty discount on a 40$ prepaid plan. Based on discussions above, I think the discounts are maxed out ![]()
I am watching the current deals on phones (trade-in, post vs prepaid). Some weeks ago, I got an offer to migrate to Xfinity mobile. Bundling mobile to Xfinity internet might save a few dollors but not sure whether moving from Verizon to Xfinity or AT&T would be a good idea.

I just applied the credit directly to my cell phone bill. They basically just gave me $75 that I had to spend anyway and it was on a no-AF card to boot. Doesn't get much sweeter than that.
