WF Active Cash - How to get cash back?

I have a Wells Fargo Active Cash with about $400 cash back rewards.  I hit their $200 sub a few months and now wanting to get cash from my rewards.   I'm trying to figure out how to get my $400 back in cash, but it seems that I need to open a checking or savings account.  I really don't want to do this yet because if I open their checking or savings account then I need to keep a minimum balance to avoid their monthly fees.

Does anyone have any suggestions besides opening a checking or savings account with Wells Fargo?

I believe you can request to be mailed a paper check for your cash back rewards.

You can request the cash as a statement credit to avoid opening an account with them as well.

I did not see the paper check option!  I just cashed out my rewards and should receive a check in mail soon.
