WaMu's "Find my offer" page

I've seen folks say that it's doubtful WaMu does a true soft pull via their "Find my offer" page. I do not have an account with them, but wanted to see what the alleged soft pull would produce, so I created a login.

9.99%–19.99%
0% for the first 6 billing cycles
No AF

Has anyone been offered something different than the above?

Edited to add: Also, I noticed after the "Find my offer" click, it routed me to providiancard.com. Is that standard?

I'm a firm believer that it's a real soft pull.  The card that is offered is the same for everyone (standard WaMu Platinum MasterCard), but the terms vary by APR and CL.  I've seen APRs on the peapproval as low as 9.99 and as high as 12.99 (although they probably go higher), and CLs that say "up to $7500" and others that say "up to $30,000."
