Sorry, you don't refresh it. It'll update on its own...on or before the 10th business day of the month.

I've figured out why Walmart won't give me a CLI. They are still using my TU08 score from March and my score has jumped 72 points since then and all but one baddie have dropped off since then. They've been updating my TU score every month on my account, so I don't know why they aren't using the newest score. They have really dropped the ball here.
