So I signed up in November for the Walmart Store Card Online after seeing 2 promotional offers attached.
1) 50% off your first purchase (up to $50 statement credit).
2) $75 E-Gift Card with $149+ purchase of electronics
I did receive the statement Credit but never received the e gift card. I've called in 5 times about it and most recently they told me that I did not qualify because the transaction "posted" a few days later, not when the transaction actually was placed but when it "posted" in their system. Before that they said they had to escalate it to a different department who would process it within 21 days. Well it's now February and still nothing.
Has anyone else has this issue with them or a similar one? That was a main incentive for me to sign up not receiving it after meeting all the requirements is just messed up.
