I got a Walmart money card from my mom for my birthday, I thought it was a gift card hehe. To use it I had to activate it online, once I did that they sent me a money card with my name on it and an agreement that told me that if I activate or use my temporary or this new card that I have agreed to it. That's total crap, how can I agree to an agreement I haven't seen?
Anyway the agreement told me I would be charged a $3.00 per month fee for activating the temp or permanent card. So I spent 30 minutes going through the usual foreign phone system to get to someone to cancel it, and even after canceling it, I still am not sure if they will try to charge me the $3.00 fee.
It bugged me so much that I am seriously considering canceling my Walmart credit card because of it, hehe.
