Today I logged in to my AMEX account and instead of the usual banner promoting their prepaid card, I saw this:

I'm not a business (as far as I know). I've also never had any pre-approvals with AMEX. Furthermore, when I click on the banner, I get:

So am I pre-approved for anything, any why would it be a "business" card, or is this just another AMEX web site quirk? If I cick on that last "click here" link to view any pre-approved offers, I just end up on the normal card selector web page.
I tried it earlier today and it was behaving oddly. I had to try after restarting the browser for it to work properly. It was a different message though but along the same lines.

I get that exact same thing, I was going to look at the terms for the Gold card and I acted as if I were going to apply, so of course I logged in. After logging in, a box popped up saying I needed to call to apply, or simply fill out a regular application, so I hit continue and it gave me the same message as if I am not allowed to apply.
