My wife received her Wells Fargo Active Cash card finally (it arrived in the mail yesterday, but we just got home). We activated it online and it isn't showing up in the customer portal. She's going to call WF on Monday, but I'm a little worried. Anyone else experience this?
Mine came in the mail on Thursday, I activated it and it was there. However, the system may not be able to do that on the weekends. Mine was done durring normal business hours.
Thanks
Mark

Did you already have an account before Active Cash? Did it show up at all before activation?
Yes, I have a checking, savings, Propel, a Visa card and a rewards too at WF
When my card came in, I called to activate it. I then logged on to my WF acounts and it was there.
But I do not know if the account was there prior to activation as like I said I activated it before signing on.
If your account is not on your WF page by 9am eastern time monday morning I would call them for sure. I assume you did activate the card by phone like I did.
Thanks
Mark
They manually added my wife's WF Active Cash card by emailing customer service. It still has a terrible $2000 SL and we are hoping that we can get that to reconsider that (any ideas, please message me).
Thanks everyone

I mean, I'd be grateful for the approval vs being denied.
You can reach out to their credit department and see if they can reconsider the initial SL, and alternatively they can determine the usage on Propel and maybe reallocate? I could see if you both were well-leveraged with WF (relationship-wise) and had other CC products to work with, but it's ultimately up to their UW department to decide.
