Wells Fargo BT Question

Hi there,

We recently were approved for the WF Reflect card, applied solely for the long 0% BT window. Along with the card we received "Superchecks" for BT. 

Because the website won't allow us to request a BT online, we made one of the checks out to ourselves and deposited into checking. 

I should have asked this question first before making the deposit, but do WF BT checks require activation or anything -- or just use 'em as needed?

I opened a Wells Fargo Reflect late last year and got the checks you mentioned. But I just did it online on the website. I didn't do it immediately but within a few weeks of opening the account. Maybe it takes some time for that to be active on your account. Click on "Credit Card Service Center" on the right. Then below select "Request Balance Transfer."

If you got those Super checks, they are ready for immediate use.  No need for any activation. 

Depending on the amount and your bank's check cashing protocols, it could take up to 5 days for the deposit to post.

Like you, I was also recently approved for the Reflect as well.  I too do not see the option online yet for BT, but I called to ask and WF told me it may take some time for it to show up and that I can always request one over the phone as well.
