Does anyone have a credit card or loan with WF?  If so, are they BK friendly?  What CR did they pull for you?  Where are you located?

WF is extremely picky, and not BK friendly. I have never been late on my mortgage with them and they refused to issue me a CC. They hate high DTI, and like large income.

They pulled TU on my application.

My mortgage has been with them for a couple of years.  At the same time that my loan closed, I applied for a plat card and they gave it to me (along with a checking account) for 11k.  So far so good.  With me, they pulled all three!  I must be special.

I have a WF Platimum Visa.  I've been a customer of WF since 1998...before they were even WF in Wisconsin...still Norwest Bank.  Anyways I don't have a BK at all but at the time I applied for the card I had a couple baddies on my CR.  I don't know which one they pulled though.  I got the card for the overdraft protection on my checking account.  Initially had a CL of $700 but after six months recieved a CLI and then recieved another one a few months later...up to $2200 now.  I also have a pretty sweet interest rate at 8.9% due to never late payments and credit score going up.  I notice they soft pull alot on EX which is probably the reasons for the CLIs and the low interest rate.

Actually i do have a secured cc with them,and hopefully is going to be unsecured next couple of months based on my payment history,but i would rather to have BOA instead of WF .

Any way i live in UTAH,and they have pulled from EXP & EQ for the secured card .

I bank with WF and app'd for their unsecured, they pulled EX (my worst!) and denied me for the unsecured.

They offered the secured Platinum Visa and I took it...stopped pulling scores and reports before it had time to show up.  Took a long time to get the card (3 weeks or so)

Don't know about the BK, but they don't seem too forgiving of past errors, in general...although their customer service has been good so far and their website is very good..

I have a secured card from them and it shoud grad in nov. They are very picky like someone said.

They do not give unsecured card to immigrant and I am a immigrant.

I guess I made a mistake by taking a card from them didn't know at that time

They pulled all three and declined for unsecure coz I am a immigrant. I don't know they did that coz they got that info from CB

Anyway from their way business they cannot be jk friendly.

No wonder they are doing well along with boa in this credit meltdown

I app'd for their wells fargo plat secured june '06.. put in $300, graduated 12 mos after to unsecured $600CL.. after 6mos went up to $800.. I've tried CLI 2x but always no go, they mainly pull EX.. Lady CSR once told me, they only pull EXP and that only matters to them.. It seems like every creditor I have pulls EXP (BofA, AMEX, US Bank, Chase...) so among the 3, it's always the lowest.. The other day, I called in to request CLI, they put it up to $1200 without any pull.. They are very hard IMHO.. I'm in CA.
