What Cards Offer Rotating Cash Back Categories?

I am familiar with Discover and Chase cards, but wondered if any others have rotating catagories?

Citi Dividend rotates. It's closed to apps but I think people can still PC to it.

Several others allow customers to pick categories, such as US Bank Cash+, BofA Cash Rewards, and Huntington Voice.

Personal spend: Amex Gold, Amex Schwab Plat., BofA PR+CCR(x2), Costco
Business use: Amex Bus. Plat., BBP, Lowes Amex AU, CFU AU
Perks: Delta Plat., United Explorer, IHG49, Hyatt, "Old SPG"
Mostly SD: Freedom Flex, Freedom, Arrival
Upgrade/Downgrade games: ED, BCE
SUB chasing: AA Platinum Select

US Bank Cash+ card allows you to get 5% back on 2 categories of your choosing. This is limited to $2000 in combined purchases a quarter. You can also get 2% back on groceries, restaurants or gas (you have to choose one). I don’t believe the 2% is capped.

There's also the Nusenda Platinum Cash Rewards and the Vantage West Connect Rewards cards, although last I heard vantagewest no longer issues that card to people who don't live in their limited service area in Arizona. I'm not sure if nusenda still issues their card out nationally but I have not heard anything about that. Along with some of the aforementioned cards in this thread, that makes up all of the rotating 5% cards that I'm aware of. I think the Chase Ink cash is also worth mentioning since you brought up Chase in the original post - even though it is not a rotating card, 5x UR is nothing to shake a stick at in this space
