Even if you didn't have the BK, it would still be a crapshoot... I've noted a few folks here reporting not being able to get one, with scores higher than mine were when I got mine (which was at the time, EQ 625ish, EX and TU 640ish. Some good advice I've been given by folks here (and I've learned it's true) is not to app when your utilization is high (over 30%). I see that you're only at 22% right now, but if you got it down below 10%, it would help even more IMO.
