What is CAPITAL ONE doing?????

Hey, I just signed on my capital one account (I never use the card, but I like to MAKE SURE everything is fine...no stolen acct info etc) well I logged on this morning a message is waiting for me

I haven't used the card in a YEAR!!!!!! I checked all of my payment history and spending and the last activity was from January for the $3.00 montly maintenance fee (which I had them remove) so since january nothing has been swiped or paid towards this card.  Any suggestions?

it seems they closed your account

It happens alot lately with capitalone.They didnt like something in your credit repot like...  INQ.New accounts,etc.

Call them to find out and let us know what happen.Good luck

Account is still open, I decided to do a little research and it looks as though they are refunding millions of customers refunds on credit protection plans they were charging. It may or not be that, but my account is still active.

Okay, I just disected my profile on capital one account, looks as though they are refunding me 33 bucks for the monthly member fee I was paying ($3.00 monthly). Sweet, 33 extra buckaroos!
